My Yoga Journey

I started my yoga journey in 2021 during the COVID period, when I realized how important physical and mental health truly are. Practicing yoga helped me stay strong, improve immunity, and maintain inner balance during a challenging time. This experience inspired me to share the benefits of yoga with others.

I have completed Yog Pravesh, Yog Parichay, and Yog Shishak courses from Yog Vidya Dham, where I developed strong knowledge of yoga practices, breathing techniques, and safe alignment. My teaching style focuses on simple, effective, and mindful yoga suitable for beginners as well as people looking to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
